Sara Siemiatycki – Founder & Executive Director

Ms. Siemiatycki was director of a Jerusalem-based medical facility for over twenty years and is a well-known health advocate for women.

She serves as Bishviaych’s executive director, which includes funding, development and public relations as well as liaison with other organizations and government representatives.

She oversees all of Bishvilaych’s programs, supervises staff, lectures throughout the country, and –more often than not- can be found providing a fellow woman with the much needed support, practical guidance, or community resource.

Esther Rotenberg – Director of marketing and program development

Ms. Rottenberg has a B.A. in Business Administration. She is responsible for marketing strategies and management of community programs.

​She is also active in raising awareness of women’s health issues, in cooperation with the media and professional steering committees, and the development of unique campaigns adapted to various sectors.

Elisheva Leiter, Ph.D. – Director of Research & Education

Dr. Leiter is a clinical health psychologist with ten years of experience in health promotion and behavior change.

She has pioneered numerous community health initiatives and has lectured, written, and conducted research on many health-related topics with a particular focus on Jewish women.
